We can’t deliver to everyone (sorry!!) We have created something very unique that requires love and care - we don’t rush the process or compromise on quality.

Think of your Made Whole delivery as a baby, you wouldn’t have just anybody deliver your baby and it’s kinda like that with our hand-made frozen puree cubes. They are delicate and their delivery is time sensitive.

That’s why we use a same day delivery service that takes your precious order from our freezers to your doorstep on the same day.

YES we know what you’re thinking…it’s kind of the ELEPHANT in the room. “Why is the delivery cost so much??”

Simply put, we don’t use a standard Couier company so we don’t have standard costs. We are *precious* cargo!! And it makes ALL the difference. Your order requires an insulated box with wool cool insulation and an ice pack to keep it COOL. The price reflects that and it’s simply the difference between us being able to exist as a hand-crafted premium baby food product vs not being able to exist. Beautiful baby food delivered to your door vs making it yourself.

  • You must live in our delivery area to order. (Postal codes stated above)

  • Minimum spend of $59 for deliveries to ensure everything is kept snug and frozen inside our wool lined and insulated box.

  • No minimum spend requirements for pick-up option.

  • Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be given if you enter an address incorrectly.

  • If you will not be home please make an alternative arrangement or leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our drivers to follow.

  • Ownership of our products will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

  • If our drivers find it unsafe to leave a package at the stated address the package will be returned to the nearest depot with a mileage fee payable by the customer.

  • By engaging in our site, you understand that we have the authority to leave products at delivery location regardless of someone being there or not (unless our driver deems it unsafe to do so as stated above).

With love and care we ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient packaging.  It’s important you understand the perishable nature of our frozen products and it is in your best interest to be home when your package arrives for prompt re-location to the freezer. If you are not home, we strongly suggest making arrangements. By engaging in our site, you understand that we have the authority to leave products at delivery location regardless of someone being there or not. 

Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, upon notification to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund and return policy: All orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. Make sure you check your order details and address when submitting your order as we deliver orders based on the order submitted.
